Dassh Technovation Private Limited – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds, if any, shall be provided for Dassh AI products and services.

  1. General Rule
    All payments made for subscriptions, credits, pilots, or custom projects are non-refundable, except in cases where non-delivery of services is proven to be solely attributable to Dassh AI.
  2. Subscription Services
    Once a subscription term has commenced, no refunds shall be issued for partial usage, unused features, or change of business requirements.
  3. One-Time Projects / Proof of Concept (PoC)
    Payments for custom projects, pilots, or integrations are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  4. Exceptions
    A refund may be processed in cases of:
    • Total non-delivery of the agreed service due to Dassh AI’s fault.
    • Duplicate payment made in error.
  5. Refund Request Procedure
    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the transaction, specifying the invoice number, transaction details, and reason for the request.
  6. Processing Timeline
    Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days.
